“The Dreamcast is fondly remembered by a large community of dedicated fans as a console that was ahead of its time in terms of graphics, quality and online gaming” commented Haruki Satomi, VP of Digital Business at SEGA of America and SEGA Europe. “There are few things that are more requested from us than making Dreamcast classics available for download in today’s digital market place. We’re very excited to begin offering gamers our beloved Dreamcast titles again on the current console systems.”
Sonic Adventure will be available for download in Autumn 2010. Both Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi will be on display at SEGA’s booth (#2023) at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo.
Damn straight ahead of it's time. 18 Wheeler looked way better than Halo 2 on the 360.
Anyway, this can only be described as good news. 18 Wheeler is one of my all time favourite games - parking challenge mode is the most exciting piece of gaming ever programmed YES IT IS YES IT IS I CAN'T HEAR YOU. So let's hope that comes out... and it doesn't cost too many points...
And for all the 18 Wheeler hating fucktards there'll be stuff like Crazy Taxi, Sonic Adventure, maybe Daytona USA if we're all very good boys. Sega Bass Fishing? Doubtful. Did you know you can use the fishing rod controller as a sword in Soul Calibre? Can we just re-iterate... AHEAD OF IT'S TIME!
